"It’s not that hard to be nice. The first agent I spoke to after walking in the door was extremely dismissive. Maybe she was having a bad day or doesn’t realize the facial expressions she makes but yall should definitely work on that."

"I don’t normally leave reviews like this but there is a woman working here who apparently has issues with noise at the Biggby coffee nextdoor. My 4 year old has ADHD and was making beeping noises inside of the Biggby coffee. The workers there have no problems with him and in my opinion his noises were not loud whatsoever. Someone from this State Farm came in and said my son was making too much noise. That is an insane complaint. Kids make noise. If you guys want a business in a quiet area you should move from this shopping center. I’ve been coming to this coffee shop for a decade and I’ve never experienced anyone from the State Farm like this."
